Our Chiropractic Approach

Our approach starts out with a conversation. In order to provide the best chiropractic care we like to understand your pain points, health history, and goals. We prioritize listening to our patient’s specific concerns and making you feel as comfortable as possible about your chiropractic care.

Your First Visit Explained

Your first visit starts with a review of your intake form together with Dr. Felsman, followed by a quick tour of the office so you know your way around.

Dr. Felsman then takes a thorough history, asking about your daily routine, pain concerns, and goals before taking X-rays. From there, he reviews your X-rays with you directly, explaining what he sees in plain language before making personalized recommendations and getting you started on a care plan.

What to Expect in Sessions

Sessions at Adjustin Chiropractic follow a simple, comfortable rhythm. Many visits start on the intersegmental traction (IST) table, a gentle roller-style table that loosens and relaxes your back before your adjustment.

From there, Dr. Felsman performs hands-on adjustments tailored to how your body is feeling that day, drawing on techniques like Diversified, Activator, Thompson, and Flexion/Distraction. Depending on your condition, sessions may also include spinal decompression or stim and heat therapy to help manage pain and support recovery.
